Monday, May 18: Open Practice, 4PM-5PM

Thursday, May 21: Open Practice, 4PM-5PM
Spring Concert Debrief
Congrats to everyone on a fabulous concert last week! What a great way to finish up the school year! Please send me any photos! 🎶
Spring Band Celebration - May 22!
Students! Join us in the band room on Friday, May 22 from 4-6PM for a day to celebrate and enjoy each other’s company! Play board games, play ball outside, watch a movie!
Requirements in Attending:
1. Band Fees must be paid in full
2. Bring a snack (nut free) or a drink to share
3. You must follow all band and school rules.
4. Restroom in Elective Hallway is to be used (no wandering campus). Otherwise students must stay in the band room area
5. Optional: bring any games/video games/sports balls you would like to use at the celebration
6. Any student not following expectations will be instructed to call their parent to be picked up
7. Students will be picked up through the bus loop
Emails were sent about band fees, please get them in as soon as possible! No child will be turned away for financial reasons, but I will not know of an issue unless there is communication between myself and the parent!
Summer Instrument Rental!
I highly encourage students to rent an instrument over the summer so they do not lose progress! If your student has a school owned instrument and would like to keep it for over the summer, they may rent it out for $50 from the school! This is to cover any repairs that may need to be done.
Leadership Interviews - THIS WEDNESDAY May 20!
If you filled out the form mentioning you were interested in leadership for band, please follow this link to sign up for a time! If you’re in jazz band it is preferred for you go to during jazz so that other students can go during 3rd period!
Times are first come, first serve! There is both the option to go during class and after school.

Wednesday, May 20: Leadership Interviews (During School/After School)
Friday, May 22: Spring Band Celebration! (BAND FEES MUST BE PAID IN FULL TO ATTEND)
Tuesday, May 26: Brass Cleaning Day 🧽🫧
