TAs and Band Captains will be in charge of this while I am gone. In Concert Band, I am leaving David and Raenah in charge of uniform collection. Please give them your upmost respect.

Umatilla HS Band Camp Registration!

Interested in high school band?Make sure to attend the Band Camp Registration Night on Tuesday at 5:30!! Eighth grade parents, please see the email I send out or the attached information below.

Quarter 4 Grades!

Grades are now up to date as of yesterday, May 9th. Pass-offs were due yesterday. Any incomplete pass-offs are marked as NHI.

Concert & Pass-Off Make-Ups

Yes, your student can make up grades still. Please be patient with me as I will be out of the country in Costa Rica from May 12-20th. For the concert, there are make-up assignments that can be found in the band room. If they are gone, I will also post it on Google Classroom and attach it to this email. Students may turn it in online or in the bin by the front door.

As for pass-offs, students may make them up either when I get back, or they may record themselves and submit it in Google Classroom. Remember, students must do seven of them for each quarter.

Spring Band Celebration and Band Fees!

I am almost completely caught up with emailing parents about outstanding band fees. YOU MUST GET BAND FEES IN! According to our Band Handbook, all students must pay a $75 band fee and a $100 Instrument Rental Fee if they are renting an instrument from the school.

Students who turn in their band fees will be able to attend the UMS Spring Band Celebration from 4:15-8PM on Friday, May 23!

What is it?

Spring Band Celebration is a fun opportunity to hang out with friends and to celebrate the school year! There will be movies, video games, outdoor activities, and maybe some snacks if we are lucky! And yes, you can bring your own stuff (outdoor games, snacks, video games, etc).
